The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Buffalo NY, just across the Canadian border, and nearby to all other activities we had planned. The rooms had charming windows facing the evening sun and a good view of Delaware Avenue. The service was exceptional, with accommodating and friendly staff. The Mediterranean dishes in the dining made up for the switch in style, offering fresh and enjoyable meals. However, the wine glass stained with lipstick was a minor letdown.
